Thile provides a patient communication platform for healthcare providers. Our services include:

• Automated appointment reminders and scheduling notifications
• Referral follow-up communications
• Two-way SMS messaging between patients and healthcare providers
• Voice call coordination for appointment scheduling

3. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number to a participating healthcare provider, you consent to receive automated text messages from Thile on behalf of that provider regarding your care.

• Message frequency varies based on your appointment and referral activity
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan
• Text STOP at any time to opt out of SMS communications
• Text HELP for support information
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

Opting out of text messages will not affect your ability to receive healthcare services.

4. Not Medical Advice

Thile is a communication platform, not a healthcare provider. Messages sent through our platform are for scheduling and administrative purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

5. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thile shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to missed appointments due to undelivered messages.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Thile, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the services or violation of these Terms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if continued use poses a risk to our platform or other users. You may stop using our services at any time by texting STOP or by notifying your healthcare provider. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive (including limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will remain in effect.

9. Minimum Age

Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.

11. Dispute Resolution

Before filing any legal claim, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at [email protected]. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue formal resolution in accordance with the Governing Law section above.
